The Latest News:

My dwelling:
• I am continuing to live these days in an intentional community with about 30 other people in the Lincoln Park Historic District in Pomona, CA. The community espouses many principles of environmentalism. We pool our money to buy food for our little community, we have communal vegan meals five nights a week, solar electric panels on the roofs, edible landscaping, and a graywater pond.

Thesis, book, and zine progress:
• Last Winter I finally finished my master’s thesis, which one of my professor’s actually called “heresy”! I have put a website together to promote it (http://anarchistplanner.org) and the design theories I developed. I can only say that my design theories are nothing short of brilliant -- only because it’s true. I finally figured out the greatest secret of urban planning and environmental design theory. I’d been seeking it for years, and now I’m done. And I finally graduated in the Spring.
• I may put out a regularly published anarchist urban planning zine in the future, but at the moment other matters are more pressing, such as the lawsuit I've been in.

Spiritual life:
• As many of you know, I am an active member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, http://stpaulspomona.org/, less than a block from my house. Also, I’m very involved in the Alter Guild and in many of the social activities of the church.

My name and gender change:
• For the full scoop on that see the following link. I must admit that I haven't updated that link site since the formal lawsuit began, but at this point in the court hearings I have been more or less fighting my court's magistrate. He seems to refuse to recognize the state and federal constitutional validity of the common law. Anyway, that is on-going, but last June after filing the lawsuit the university officials tried to settle and at that point they conceeded and changed my name in the records (so I got my diploma in my new name and gender), but they did not offer me damages for my losses in the claim of my rights. Thus, the lawsuit continues. I have recently demanded of the defendants a jury trial, general verdict, on all issues.

Political life:
• As may be evident from reading this site, I am an anarchist. It is honestly the only real sustainable way to live in this world and I highly encourage the reader of this site to learn of it. We do not have anarchism now, but it is certainly the avenue in which society is shifting. Moreover, the common law blazes a clear path to it as well.
